Bighorn Property Investments (BPI) was established in 2007 as a property management company and is based out of Englewood, Colorado with nationwide coverage. BPI inspects and maintains defaulted and foreclosed properties and has worked in commercial and residential properties with work ranging from janitorial to plumbing, minor construction yard repairs. BPI prides it's self in efficiency and professional integrity, customer satisfaction and honesty. Established with the intent on building a family oriented company with goals of creating a work environment not only that our customers would appreciate but also our employees. BPI believes that two important keys to success is reliability and trust.

Sense the start of the company times have changed and so have we. In 2009 we pursued an opportunity to work for Nation Field Service Companies and Real Estate Agents but realized that not only is work getting neglected but the "main" customer (Lending Institutes) were getting less than what they've been paying for. With the idea in mind that time is the ultimate factor companies have begun to slave drive field service providers into less than stellar work and it's showing with how long properties are sitting on the market. Yes the economy is bad and of course the unemployment rates are high but at the same time why are lending institutes paying high prices for half completed jobs or only partial information? National Field Service companies are bundling packages together to save the Lending Companies money but with the price you're paying are you really getting what you want? Seeing this style of work being completed BPI has begun to understand that the most important factor in all of this work is our client and the quality of work that our inspectors and BPI can provide for our client.

BPI guarantees clear visible photos of every room, every faucet, every appliance, etc. We guarantee that if you want a detailed report on a property you will get it. We understand that seeing your investment visually and in word format is extremely important into turning over the property as quickly as possible. BPI inspectors are required to take as many photos as possible giving our client a chance to see every inch of the property or as to how our client sees fit. All work performed is documented from before the work starts straight through with during and most importantly after photos to show our client the exact process of the work performed and so that our client can see that not only has the work been completed but that the property is ready for resale. With an easy to read layout or by submitting the information to our client in a format of our clients choosing we will provide the best opportunity for our clients quick and proven success of turning the property into profit.
